LivaNova is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Software Product Owner to join our innovative team.
This role serves as the crucial interface between the Software Architect, UX/UI Designer, Strategic Marketing, and the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.
Positioned within our R&D team, this role requires close collaboration with the development team and Strategic Marketing, as well as direct interaction with end users to refine and understand their needs.
Duties and Responsibilities In close collaboration with the Product Manager, ensures that the Marketing requirements generated by the Strategic Marketing function are clear, properly supported by coherent vision, and understood by all relevant stakeholders.
Accountable, together with the UX/UI, of ideating the solution that meets the Strategic Marketing needs, and to maintain and execute the ideation process.
Accountable for creation and maintenance of the User Stories backlog, in close collaboration with the UX/UI and Business Analyst.
Ensures that the whole development team (UX/UI, SW Architects, Developers, QA) have proper understanding of the domain and of the typical use cases.
Accountable for the definition of the user stories, in close collaboration with the Business Analyst.
Accountable for the features design, in close collaboration with the UX/UI and the SW Architects.
Maintain a deep understanding of the user processes, needs, pain points, and identify opportunities, by performing user-centric design workshops with clients.
Collaborate with the Product Manager and other Product Owners on the prioritization of requirements and maintain a complete backlog of all activities.
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and identify the strengths and weaknesses of competitors and use them to make a great product.
The Individual Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar domains.Extensive experience in a similar role, particularly with products that have a high digital impact.In-depth knowledge and experience with the Agile Scrum Framework.Strong capabilities in requirement engineering.Excellent communication and leadership skills, including proficiency in visualization patterns.Fluency in English is essential.IREB Product Owner certification is preferred but not mandatory.Experience in the MedTech industry is an advantage.
