Role: Senior SAP Time Management ConsultantThe Global PY department is responsible for:Technical maintenance of outsourced SAP HR solutions of our clients, module SAP TM;Modification of the solution after delivery to correct possible faults, to improve performance or other attributes and to adapt the product to a modified environment;Stabilize, optimize, and extend the applications so that functionality continues to meet the clients' changing needs.The SAP TM Consultant is a member of the Global PY department.His role is to provide appropriate application maintenance consultancy to Alight outsourced clients through advice, guidance, technical support and problem solving.Key Responsibilities:Integrated into the Global PY department and under the supervision of a Team Manager, as an AMO TM Consultant you will be involved in the support of our outsourced clients as follows:Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities;Manage tickets after having received functional analysis and guidance / coaching on the technical way to implement it;Generate easy-to-maintain bug free code and customizing respecting Alight best practices;Operate required system tests using either provided or self-generated test data, to ensure the applications/developments meet the agreed specifications;Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled;Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, and ensure that his deadlines are met;Regularly report on status and progress to the AMO Team Manager;Maintain internal and external contact and communication channels at appropriate level.Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues;Understand the general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture.Key Tasks & Responsibilities:Strong interest in delivering high quality support in the field of Human Resources;Ability to multi-task, to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, and to consistently achieve quality standards;Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability;Be committed to the customer, the team and the project;Strong analytical and problem solving skills;Understand the architecture of a SAP HR solution and good knowledge of SAP HR Time Management module;Ability to translate functional description in technical solution;Experience in application maintenance is an asset.You have: 7 or 8 years of experience in SAP HR Time Management modulesGood verbal and written communication skills in EnglishWe offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
