Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a  Senior Sales Manager  at  Hampton by Hilton Venezia , to set and achieve sales targets for our hotel, including room and event bookings.
Key duties include developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities also cover handling key accounts, booking group events, and efficiently presenting hotel products to meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
• Confident, energetic, and enthusiastic
• Strong selling, people, and communication skills
• Outgoing personality with a service-oriented mindset
• Timely, accurate, and well-organized in work
• Ability to analyze market data and develop strategies
• Knowledge of Opera/Delphi systems and Revenue Management is a plus
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the team
