Description du poste GENERAL ROLE The Senior Sales Associate is in charge of assisting clients through personalized and memorable customer experience, with storytelling about the brand history and the product craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will act as a role model and will represent Hermès as an Ambassador, inspiring colleagues to portray and embrace Hermès values.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Strive to develop sales beyond their own product category to satisfy clients' needs and ensure the most memorable omnichannel experience, in line with Hermès image company procedures; Advise and support customers on all product categories to satisfy clients' needs and ensure the most memorable omnichannel experience; Develop and maintain a relevant customer portfolio through proper client discovery and a bespoke experience to establish long-term relationships and develop new clients; Build solid product knowledge, being updated about novelties, prices, and stock availabilities; Lead complex sales and client requests, manage complaints, and assist throughout the entire customer journey including after-sales activities; Actively contribute to business development through proposals of commercial actions; Collect and update client data, in accordance with privacy policy and company procedures; Support operational tasks, be aware of company procedures and systems, and ensure compliance; Act as a role model for other Sales Associates, coaching junior colleagues, sharing experiences, product knowledge, market trends, and best practices. PROFILE Bachelor's degree preferably with a fashion/linguistic focus; Fluency in Italian and English. A third language will be considered an advantage; Professional background: strong experience in direct sales to clients, preferably in a luxury goods boutique; international experience will be considered a plus; Proficient with Excel / IT tools; Excellent leadership attitude and ability to lead and motivate a team; Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, ease of integration, and teamwork complete the profile.
