We are looking for a Senior Sales Account Executive to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales in an international commercial contemporary art gallery.

A Senior Sales Account Executive's duties and responsibilities include working closely with clients to determine their needs, answer their questions and recommend the right solutions. To be successful as a Senior Sales Account Executive, you should stay up-to-date with the art market and maintain good connections with contacts, being present and attentive to whatever they need. The Senior Sales Account Executive is responsible for growing company revenue by effectively managing client accounts as well as actively searching and recruiting new clients at every available opportunity.
Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assess client needs and provide assistance and information on artworks and the gallery Welcome, accompany and assist clients at events, fairs, dinners and any occasion connected to the gallery Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis "Go the extra mile" to drive sales Actively seek out clients in all gallery occasions and events Remain knowledgeable about the art market Process sales from start to finish Suggest ways to improve sales Requirements and Skills
Proven selling experience of artworks or high value luxury goods (5 years) Proficiency in Italian and English Client portfolio Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements Track record of over-achieving sales quota Solid communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner Availability to work flexible hours Availability to travel Knowledge of another language (French, Chinese, Spanish, Arabic) #J-18808-Ljbffr
