As a Senior SailPoint Support Engineer you will be the first point of contact for our clients seeking second-level support for our Identity Governance security solutions, primarily focusing on SailPoint, ensuring the smooth operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the platform.
This role requires a solid understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
What you'll be doing Collaborating with colleagues and key users on the client side, from security officers to system administrators, to provide advice for an appropriate design.
Identifying client requirements and wishes from a human, process, and technological perspective in collaboration with Business Consultants.
Successfully implementing and integrating the appropriate SailPoint solution in collaboration with your team and the client.
Participating in technical instruction workshops with your project team for the client to ensure they can work effectively with the solution.
Guiding and coaching colleagues.
Providing input on pre-sales processes concerning architecture and high-level design.
4+ years progressive and current work experience as a support engineer in the Identity & Access Management or Identity Governance security domai Experience working with SailPoint solutions You are confident, take initiative and responsibility, and use your authority to successfully complete projects.
You have strong analytical skills, are client-oriented, and can explain complex issues simply.
Certifications: SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Professional (Preferred but not required) SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer (Preferred but not required) SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Professional (Preferred but not required) Other vendor product certifications (Ping Identity,Okta, etc.)
