What we offer Permanent employment contract Support in reconciling work and family life Europe-wide employee app "LEAPP" Discounts on accommodation and in the restaurants of the Fattal Hotel Group Training and development programmes at our Leonardo Academy Team events Your Main Duties Identifying key factors for achieving Revenue and market share goals, evaluating the effectiveness of strategies applied Supporting the Revenue Manager in monitoring direct competitors' rates and Benchmarking activities by assessing risks and opportunities Supporting the Revenue Manager in providing guidelines to the Reservations, Events & Congress departments with respect to the management of Group and individual customer quotations Monitoring market conditions and trends, knowing and analysing economic factors that may impact revenue, developing and implementing strategic initiatives Monitoring and analysing demand forecast, preparing weekly and monthly statistics and reports Participating in weekly and monthly meetings with Country GMs and Heads of Depts Your Profile BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself Accounting diploma or Economics degree or other studies with significant numerical background At least 5 years working experience in a similar role, preferably in an International company with properties in multiple destinations in Italy and Europe Ability to analyze historical data and forecast demand Expert in leisure and luxury facilities Advanced knowledge of Office – especially Excel Very good command of English language (written and spoken) Precision, reliability, attention to detail Strong communication skills and team spirit We look forward to receiving your online application as Senior Revenue Analyst (d/f/m).
