At Falkensteiner you can expect a dynamic and open team that values both innovation and tradition. We are looking forward to getting to know you and soon welcome you as part of our team as: Senior Regional Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d)YOUR MAIN TASKS:Business development in Italy and other feeder marketsClosing contracts and increase share of TO, Networks and travel agenciesFocus on acquiring new parterns in Leisure (niche and premium agencies) as well as expansion of the booking link landscapeFinding new partners for Incentives and Sports groups (summer and winter) out of the Italian market and the feeder market you will responsible forPro-active Key Account Management (total account management) and strategic client management in order to achieve sales targets and generate new business, including the negotiation and closing of contracts with main TOs, MICE agencies and NetworksOrganization & participation at events, sales trips, calls and fam tripsRepresentation at local, regional and international fairs, workshops and events in Italy and abroad (according to the market of which you are responsible for)Positioning of new properties on the Italian market and close cooperation with hotels to understand there strategyIncrease Market Share from Italy and assigned other international markets  to the Falkensteiner HotelsSecure Data Quality to drive meaningful and smart campaigns to increase overall rev-enueWHO YOU ARE:Minimum 5 Years experience within the 4 and 5 star Hotel business in a sales positionExperience in Strategic Account ManagementExcellent knowledge of Italy as Feeder MarketFluency in Italian and English; German is a plusVery good MS Office knowledge (Excel & PowerPoint)a structured working style combined with analytical capabilities will help to set prioritiesGood negotiation skillsPro-active attitude and "can-do"-spiritProject management experienceGood presentational SkillsWHAT WE OFFER:Salary in line with the Italian marketTicket restaurants when based in Milano officeCareer and development opportunities in a growing hotel groupOpportunities to participate in a dynamic working environmentA wide range of training and further education opportunities internal and externalEnjoy your holiday in the best hotels with us at attractive conditionsOpportunities to help shape the future in a dynamic and open working environmentFurther benefits can be found here: https://www.falkensteiner.com/en/employer#benefitsPlace of work: Milano Head Office, Via Borgogna 2, IT-20122 MilanoIf you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail: ****** apply exclusively via the "Apply for this job" button.We are looking forward to receiving your application!
