Baglioni Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Regional Sales Manager Europe to drive our sales strategies in the German, Spanish, and Eastern European markets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESMaximise the presence and visibility of The Palace Company brands in the European market.Work with the EMEA Sales Director to establish and follow an annual sales budget, business plan, travel schedule, and expense budget to drive day-to-day activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) and key luxury consortia in assigned markets to ensure accurate and timely information sharing.Oversee contract renewals, client proposals, and negotiations to obtain favourable terms and conditions.Monitor market information and share insights with DOS EMEA to ensure strategic alignment and informed decision-making.Closely monitor competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage and adjust strategies accordingly.Supervise contract renewals, customer proposals, and negotiations to ensure favourable terms and conditions.REQUIREMENTSA minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality or LHW member hotels.Previous sales experience in at least one market between Germany, Spain, and/or Eastern Europe.Excellent knowledge of English; Spanish or German will be a plus.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Flexibility to perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the company.WHAT WE OFFERA stimulating working environment with an international sales team.Opportunities for professional growth and training.Company benefits.
