Baglioni Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Regional Sales Manager Europe to drive our sales strategies in the German, Spanish and Eastern European markets.
MAIN RESPOSABILITIES - Maximise the presence and visibility of The Palace Company brands in the European market.
- Work with the EMEA Sales Director to establish and follow an annual sales budget, business plan, travel schedule and expense budget to drive day-to-day activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) and key luxury consortia in assigned markets to ensure accurate and timely information sharing.
- Oversee contract renewals, client proposals and negotiations to obtain favourable terms and conditions.
- Monitor market information and share insights with DOS EMEA to ensure strategic alignment and informed decision making.
- Closely monitor competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Supervise contract renewals, customer proposals and negotiations to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
REQUIREMENTS - A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality or LHW member hotels.
- Previous sales experience in at least one market between Germany, Spain and/or East Europe - Excellent knowledge of English, Spanish or German will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the company.
