Senior Recruiter - R&D Telecommunication

Randstad Italia SpA is searching for a multinational company in the telecommunications sector, a Senior Recruiter with experience in hiring profiles from R&D Technology companies who could support the HR team in finding the right candidates.
The position is open for candidates with at least 5 years of experience and with fluent knowledge of the English and Italian languages.
Location: Milan The candidate will be engaged in complex recruitment projects of profiles of high specialization and seniority in the Telecommunication Engineering Research and Development field and will manage the following tasks:   Partner with HR team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies; Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications; Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open; Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements; Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout the interview process; Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other designations.
