To support our ongoing growth and investment with our Talent Acquisition Team, we are looking for a passionate Senior Recruiter to be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing of professionals across the EMEA Region. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to be a true business partner, collaborating with hiring managers on search strategies and serving as a subject matter expert to help us hire as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Key Responsibilities: Partner with Hiring Managers to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance around hiring plan and strategy, driving the full end-to-end recruiting cycle. Source, select and hire qualified candidates using cost-effective techniques and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and processes. Actively use data to shape how you work by knowing how to assess and measure your candidate funnels as well as preparing reporting for your hiring teams. Manage autonomously applicant flow to ensure availability of qualified candidates and compliance. Be on top of market trends and demand impacting the company's ability to attract competitive candidates. Coordinate with the Reward Team and the HRBPs on salary offer considerations and equity concerns. Have knowledge and manage cost effective methods to provide recruiting tools, including contracts with recruiting agencies and job boards. Work cross-functionally with different Talent Acquisition and HR teams in your region and EMEA. Language Skills: Native or Full Proficiency in English Proven high level of spoken and written of at least one of the following languages will be considered as a must: French, German. Any other additional European language is welcomed. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 6+ years of demonstrated success in recruitment and track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing talent. A mix of in-house and agency is preferred. Prior experience in an in-house mature talent acquisition organization, with a focus especially in the EMEA Market, will be considered as a plus. If you have worked already abroad, even better! Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, taking lead on assessing talent needs and setting hiring plans. Ability to operate effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience serving in a rapidly-scaling environment, where speed is paramount without sacrificing candidate quality, will be considered as a plus. Familiarity with Talent Acquisition organizations where candidate experience is pivotal: great storyteller, to engage candidates with the energy and words. Proven ability to accurately assess whether candidates would be able to perform and excel in a given position successfully in the long term as the company scales. You will not be a recruiter only, but a talent partner. Meticulous attention to details. The recruiter maintains the candidate funnels by prioritizing an excellent candidate experience. The loops are always closed. Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills. Proven track record of handling your pipeline and rapidly recalling candidate information for current and future openings. Experience of passive sourcing techniques including LinkedIn and headhunting: someone who will find candidates and who do not wait for them to come to us. Good digital and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications. Knowledge of ATS systems will be considered as a plus. Curiosity for the new recruitment trends and technologies.
