Sr. R&D Product Engineer
A Day in the Life Knowledge and clear understanding of development, testing and performance characterization of hollow fibers and membrane technologies for single use device for dialysis, their application and related production processes Working with SAP software, assigning and managing material and product codes registry for R&D product codes Drafting and management of specification and/or drawings and bill of materials in SAP and Windchill PLM software Working with process development engineers onsite to ensure that products are optimally designed for manufacturing and assuring successful completion of Design Transfer Designs, develops, analyzes, troubleshoots and provides technical skills during research and/or product development Activities include designing product and process improvements, prototyping, DHF documentation drafting and issuing Experience in design control and related applicable ISOs and guidelines Formulates, delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. Coordinates with other departments, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project completion Coaching and mentoring other engineers on the team to achieve final target, reviews and delegates work to lower level specialists Must Have: Bachelor's degree (BS) or Master's degree (MS), Industrial Engineering or relevant discipline from an accredited university. min. 7 years of relevant experience in membrane science and/or filtration/cleaning knowledge Nice to Have: SAP and Windchill management knowledge Product Life Cycle system and Design Control product development experience Knowledge of plastic materials and related application Team working attitude Project Leading skill Agile knowledge Minitab or similar statistic tools knowledge All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
