Senior Quantity Surveyor

SICIM is a Construction Company established in 1962, offering all types of services related to the installation of pipelines and relevant ancillary facilities for the transmission and distribution of oil, gas, and water on an international basis.Position:Sicim is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor for our project based in Iraq.The person shall carry on the following activities:Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.Facilitate the team to complete the project as per the allocated budget and timeline.Formulate accurate and detailed tenders that include information on materials, quantity, contractors, and overall expenses.Develop a systematic report on price estimates of different materials for a specific project.Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements.Scrutinize maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.Keep track of materials and order more when required.Requirements:At least 8 years of experience in the role.Degree in Civil Engineering.At least 10 years of experience in oil gas projects.Project location: Iraq #J-18808-Ljbffr
