The Position In the position of Senior Quality Assurance Professional (QA), you will support program management and execution for our manufacturing site while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements in all GMP related activities.
Furthermore, you will:
Actively participate in planning and supporting the conduction of validation activities according to quality standards and policies.Ensure audit and inspection readiness, and participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections, as appropriate.Support the development of innovative improvements to manufacturing processes.Ensure strong communication and knowledge sharing between different stakeholders regarding Quality Assurance aspects.Qualifications To be successful for this position, you have a background in pharmacy, engineering, or equivalent combined with at least 5 years of working experience in quality assurance (QA) within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and robust project management experience.
You have a good understanding of cGMP production, and you are knowledgeable about cGMP requirements and interpretation.
In addition, you have:
Working experience in aseptic production, validation, and qualification.Ability to work independently and take independent decisions, creating new methods and techniques by ensuring cGMP compliant processes.Excellent communication and change management skills.Positive attitude and a true team player.Fluent English both written and spoken; Italian language will be highly appreciated.About the Department You will be joining a newly established and growing area in our company, responsible for designing, planning, and building all major fill and finish expansion projects across Novo Nordisk to meet the needs of millions of patients.
