Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Industrialize the product in partnership with Product development department during samples.
Attend the sample fitting with Design to transfer the look of the show on a production size.
Make production fitting with vendors autonomously and give the final approval for stock.
Coordinate the team of technicians to ensure quality and deliveries.
Give approval to production to the vendors.
Maintain partnerships with the Production department.
Keep budget under control - Modatech and Travel.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Senior Pattern maker (min 25 years of experience) for product development, production, made to measure.
Experience in embroidery world for show and stock development, embroidery placement and follow for any Quality and Timing issue.
Strong computer skills, experience in PLM.
Communication skills in English and Italian - verbal and written.
Knowledge of all production technical processes.
Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.
Able to work in a dynamic/fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Empowerment with team and positive teamwork attitude.
