OHB Italia  is seeking for immediate start aSenior Quality Assurance / Assembly and Integration Line (m/f)Ref.PA_24_QAITThe ideal candidate has worked on challenging Space application projects.Your Tasks • Ensuring and checking test Procedures compliance to quality standards • Controlling the Assembly, Integration and Testing phases for all quality aspects • Attending the planned and mandatory visual inspections (KIP and MIP) and Verifications during the Assembly and Integration phases • Reporting findings and nonconformances (NCR) • Interfacing with QA manager for all QA matters • Interfacing with customer for all QA matters • Interfacing with AIT personnel for all QA matters • Controlling cleanliness and environmental parameters in AIT areas • Controlling application of FOD and ESD practices in compliance to technical regulations • Controlling test activities interfaces with facilities personnel for quality aspectsYour Qualifications • Able to act as direct interface with customer for all quality topics • Bachelor degrees or technical high school graduations combined to a documented experience in the Aerospace sector • Knowledge of the main assembly and testing processes • 5 years-experience minimum as QA in space industry or 10 years with the same qualification in similar sectors (aeronautics, railways etc.)
• Very good Knowledge of the ECSS Q-series standards, in particular Q-ST-20 (QA) • Knowledge of ECSS-E-ST-10-02 and 03 (verification and testing) • Knowledge of the EN9100:2018 standard • Working level fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) • Good Knowledge of the MS Office tools in Windows environment
