Description: Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, including defining project scope, milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
Collaborate with Clients' design, procurement, logistic and construction department and internal team members to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks, issues, and deviations from the plan, and proposing corrective actions.
Cooperate with the Project Planning Team with onshore and offshore resources to ensure the correct and smooth execution of services in compliance with Clients' requirements and contractual obligations.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, progress, and any changes to the project plan.
Utilize Clients' project management software and tools to track project schedules, resources, and progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Analyze project data and metrics to generate insights and reports, supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
Cooperate with onshore/offshore cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment across different project phases and departments.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
Facilitate risk management processes, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts.
Requirements: 3 to 8 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management, within the engineering or construction sectors.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
