Senior Project Manager - Services (F/M/D)

DescriptionIn the position as a Senior Project Manager you will l ead the execution of medium size to large and moderately complex projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety , and environment requirements, financial targets as well as schedule commitments.This position can be fulfilled completely remotely in Europe, we are prioritizing skills and experience over physical work location.We are looking forward to your application! Please upload your documents in English.Your responsibilitiesLead business project execution for HE Services tools and process improvement and support strategic transformation programs in the execution phasesDrive standardization and simplification across businesses to review business needs and improve service tools and processesEnsure and maintain that projects are aligned with the given goals and HE Services business strategy and direction and developed according to prioritiesEnsure that projects have solid business case(s) with completed and analyzed business requirement(s) and properly estimated and agreed costs and benefitsSupport IS PM in project planning, defining and managing scope, budget , and risks, creating mitigation strategies , and managing project issuesSupport IS PM in ensuring the project is properly reviewed and stays on track with respect to scope, budget, timeline and ensure benefit deliveryEnsure that the product delivered by the project has optimal business valueSupport BU's in organizing user acceptance testing and ensuring that adequate user training is carried outEnsure that the transition to live use is safe and effective as well as proper business documentation during project executionFacilitate status reporting of projects to the business management teamsPlan and coordinate project cutover, hyper careand handover and ensure status reporting of projects to the project OpCo and StecoCoordinate with the Process Owners to ensure business participation and buy-inYour backgroundBachelor's degree or higher (Science, Statistics, Computer Applications , Engineering)Min imum experience of 8+ years in Projection Execution and Business Service Operations with a minimum of 5+ years as Project ManagerExtensive experience in executing projects on a global scaleS trong leadership skills and the ability to convince and influence stakeholders in the interest of the projectAbility to work under pressure to deliver projects with time, cost , and qualityExperience in working in an international and multicultural environmentExcellent communication skills in EnglishAbility to travel 50% of the time in the beginning.
