Detailed tasks description and responsibilities Responsible for project management of customer projectsin thedomainofAirspace Mobility Solutions(NAVAIDS andNon-RadarSurveillance) with project sales, costs, cash andprojectquality responsibility Ensuring customer satisfactionandmaintaining Thales processes.
Tasksand responsibilities areamong others:
Ensuring all necessary planning, execution and acceptance activitiesthroughout the deliveryof the project Representation of Thales interests within the assigned area of responsibility Analysis of the contract content and implementation in delivery and service packages Creation and updating of project, cost and time schedules Conducting negotiations with local subcontractors regarding project-related subcontracting and construction work in cooperation with the purchasing department Managecustomer requests and contract changesto closure Createand maintainproject documentation using Thales internal process instructions and tools Definitionand managementof allelements required to successfully deliver the project(incl.
design,maintenance, training, spare parts supply, documentation, etc.)
Executionof lessons learned from the projectdeliveryandcorresponding feedback to the departments Participate in offers, create schedules, cost and risk assessments Education:
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification Certification IPMA or PMI project manager (or comparable) Experience:
Minimum of4 years of professional experience in project management with focus on international supply and systems business Experience in the use of planning tools (e.g.
:
MS Project) as well as typical office tools such as MS Office Good knowledge of business administration and contractmanagement Very good language skills in English and Italian, spoken and written.
Knowledge of a third language is a plus.
Good knowledge of relevant national / international regulations and standards for air traffic controlisdesirable Social competencies:
