We are looking for a professional who excels in luxury hotel interior design and is skilled in turning creative concepts into detailed, actionable project specifications. As a Senior Project Manager, you will: - Lead the full lifecycle of interior design projects, ensuring seamless execution from initial concept design to final delivery. - Work autonomously to realize projects based on designs developed in our studio. - Manage on-site execution, collaborating with contractors and ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. - Coordinate with internal teams, mentor junior architects, and act as a key liaison with the Creative Team to ensure project alignment. - Contribute to high-profile projects for an international clientele. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: - Implement project specifications and technical details based on materials, guidelines, and design direction provided by the Creative Management team. Execution and Oversight: - Manage the on-site implementation of projects, ensuring construction meets approved plans and timelines. - Resolve technical and design challenges efficiently to maintain project flow. Team and Collaboration: - Mentor and supervise junior architects, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. - Collaborate with the Creative Team for design validation, this role will report directly to the Studio Manager. Documentation and Reporting: - Create comprehensive project books detailing all technical specifications and processes. - Maintain organized project documentation and provide regular updates to the Studio Manager. Qualifications - Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architecture and project management, with a strong portfolio of luxury hotel interior design projects. - Autonomy: Proven ability to independently manage all stages of a project, from initial concept to execution. - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. - Technical Expertise: Proficient in AutoCAD and project management tools (e.g., Click-Up). - Leadership Skills: Experience leading and mentoring project teams, ensuring accountability and quality. - Languages: Fluent in English.
