This entails taking responsibility for relationships with responsible developers and all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure their success in the development phase until Ready to Build status and assessing the different areas of the Company in the construction and operating phases.FunctionsComprehensive management of a renewable projects portfolio, with responsibility for planning, coordinating, and supervising all tasks and stages of project development, from origination to commissioning (including leadership of functions up to Ready to Build).Coordination of all external partners and suppliers (co-developers, consultants, etc.).
Management of relationships with various external stakeholders (government entities at all levels, grid operators, landowners, competitors).Supervision and leadership of internal multidisciplinary teams involved in project development across different phases (Resource Origination, Engineering, Project Services, etc.
).Development of a detailed plan for each project, ensuring identification of objectives, critical phases, timeline, and necessary resources.
Implementation of a regular reporting system on the status and evolution of the portfolio under their responsibility.RequirementsAcademic background: University degree in Engineering or related field.Additional/Desirable Training: Specialization in Energy, particularly renewable energies.
Additionally, training in environmental sciences, agronomy, etc.
