The Role
The Senior Project Manager will work with OEM's and big retail clients to prepare, deliver and follow up on complex digital projects, often spanning over several years. This role involves extensive collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders, such as Sales, pre-sales engineers, Implementation, Professional services, Training and Product.
You will have the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.
You will manage all communication, resource management, scheduling and controlling guidelines throughout the full deployment life cycle. When required, you will also be responsible for ongoing support for new requests and benefit extraction from MotorK services. You will establish best practices for client engagement, onboarding project planning and internal progress monitoring, as well as customer usage tracking and alerting programmes.
Requirements Understanding of project management principles, methods and techniques
Working experience in a SaaS environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Fluent in French or German languages
5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
Experience of managing cross-border projects, or big Enterprise accounts
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and/or Senior Leadership
Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, build consensus and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective
Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment
Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
Excellent leadership and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus
Responsibilities
Liaise with the Client, Sales, pre-sales engineers and other internal stakeholders to establish and document the implementation scope and manage project success criteria;
Ensure smooth client onboarding process on the solution;
Evaluate projects continuously to meet client standards in terms of scope, budgets, and deadlines.
Manage the day-to-day project activities. Oversee the implementation of the solutions and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently and on time while upholding the company's standards;
Ensure proper adoption of the product by the customer;
Establish best practices for client engagement, onboarding project planning and internal progress monitoring, templates, policies, tools;
Once the project is live, track client use and benefits over time, generate alerts and take a proactive approach to maximising clients benefits (if requested);
Make sure all customer further development requests are received and followed up;
