It takes care of Omnichannel Strategy for European Brands of the group, delivering eCommerce, Mobile and in store Innovative solutions.
We are now looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to help deliver some of our most complex and interesting projects across our European Brands.
A typical day in this role includes: Think ahead, defining directions and anticipating risks Interact with a diverse mix of stakeholders, both from Business and Technical background Coordinate team located in multiple location toward a shared objective Switch from detail analysis to big picture, to ensure both details and directions are aligned Deliver clear, concise and meaningful reporting to Senior Management Support, lead and help Junior team members in their path to grow Help business understand tech, and tech understand business This role would be a good fit for you if: You are good at putting things in order, and get satisfaction when something is well done You are motivated by solving riddles, finding new ways and explore possibilities You can easily move from big picture to detail when things don't add up You are good at dealing with frequent change in direction and perspective You are used to buy online and understand what makes a good or bad website/App You understand how technology works, even if you are not a technical person You are interested in digital and the impact that it has on everybody's life What you'll need: A degree in Management/Engineering/Innovation, possibly with focus on the digital world Significant experience (3-5 years) in completing complex Digital projects involving technology integration Excellent knowledge of tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira and Confluence Excellent knowledge of Agile, with focus on Scrum methodology Proved experience in project planning, progress monitoring, risk identification and reporting Proved experience in vendor management in terms of monitoring and reporting in regard to their activities Understanding of different cultures, ways of working and work approaches around Europe Understand the core technologies behind an ecommerce website and the business models related to it Ability to understand how technology impacts on business decision Some experience in people growth and nurturing What you'll get from us: Competitive salary, benefits and bonus scheme Excellent refer-a-friend scheme with up to 3000 euros up for grabs!
