He/she will be responsible for defining and executing the project, ensuring that the milestones and final goals are effectively and efficiently achieved.
The project manager will also define and manage the control flow using specific KPIs, preventing and resolving any issues.
As a PM, he/she will interact directly with company management and similar hierarchical levels of client organizations, as well as with any subcontractors.He/she must have developed experience on significant works in terms of size, resources involved, and financial and organizational impact.What you will be working on:Cost, time, and resources monitoring to achieve the delivery of the assigned projects.Management of budgeting processes and profit and loss records for business and financial analyses.Monitoring project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively find solutions.Development of multiple action plans in collaboration with the Office Managers to review project status and proposed changes.Collaboration with inter-functional teams to plan and define different project phases.Supervision and monitoring of the team project timeline schedule.Development of project multimedia presentations to underline the project status directly to the Executive team.Delivery of reports to project stakeholders for budget and planning purposes.Coordination of temporary groupings of companies.Do you have:University Degree in EngineeringPMI/ISIPM CertificationExperience in major Projects/ProgramsGood knowledge of production processes, preferably in the rail vehicle sectorConflict management and interpersonal skillsTeam spirit approach and good communication skillsAbility to gain collaboration from matrix organizations involvedLeadership, initiative, and decision-making mindsetFluency in English is essentialWhat we offer you:Permanent contractExciting work in a leading international railway companyEvolving and challenging environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
