Timely escalation of issues and risks to management and ownership to resolve issues

PROJECT EXECUTION
Meet customer expectations and commitments
Execution of Project Management according to ams OSRAM project execution requirements
Report project progress and gate/milestone passing in the meetings
Ensure planned project activities are executed timely to meet the production start schedule, complying with approved project budget
Professionally manage risk management, use of tools such as FMEA
Manage change requests and timely reportproblems
Ensure design and implementation meets product requirements
TEAM BUILDING
Lead cross-functional product development team, coordinate project activities;
Ability to inspire and motivate the project team members
Drive open problem discussion, effective issue resolution
Recognize conflict, support/coach individuals, maintain team focus and meet targets together
Lead regular project reviews with the project team to maintain good activities tracking and address issues as soon as they pop up
Your education and experiences MSc or PhD in electrical engineering or similar
At least 10 years industry experience preferably in automotive semiconductors.
Experience in leading complex multi-disciplinary and multi-site projects
Certified in project mgmt.
(IPMA or PMI) desired
Experience in leading complex multi-disciplinary and multi-site projects
Experience in Configuration management and change request tracking tools
Experience in analog or digital design of ICs (automotive), desired
Strong organizational skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Initiative, enthusiasm and systematic approach
Team player/driver
Proficient in English:
written and verbal
