Senior Project Development Manager

WRS are looking for a Senior Project Development Manager to join a leading company is the renewablessector on a permanentbasis.

Overview:

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of wind, battery storage, and solar PV project development in Italy. You will play a key role in achieving project development goals, leveraging your expertise and collaborating with a team of renewable energy experts.

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of wind, BESS, and solar PV project development from feasibility studies to final permitting and pre-construction;Lead project teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders;Conduct technical and financial due diligence for project acquisitions;Help identifying and securing new development opportunities;Liaise and cooperate with the engineering team
Essential skills:

Verifiable experience in developing, consultancy or advisory of PV, Wind projects in Italy;Proven understanding of the Italian regulatory framework related to the energy sector, specifically the development and construction of PV and Wind Plants, including environmental and licensing requirements;Knowledge of the Italian electricity system/technical and regulatory, including distributed generation regulations plus utilities and related interconnection procedures;Project Management;Ability to work autonomously and proactively;Attention to detail;Efficient time management capability;Excellent communication skills;Ability to work within a team and support team members;English proficiency written and oralEU Passport essential
