As a Senior Project Developer your main responsibilities will include:Management and contact with entities and public administrations to obtain permits and authorizations throughout the process of achieving the "Ready to Build" status of each project in Italy.Management and negotiation of agreements with landowners.Acquisition and management of offers with external engineering and environmental consultancy and definition of the scope and delivery times of the documentation.Coordination with the legal, technical and administrative departments.Management and negotiation of co-development and project monitoring agreements.Support in the "Due Diligence" phase of acquisition operations.Your ProfileBachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering or Finance.Knowledge of MS Office package.Good level of English both written and spoken.At least 3-5 years of experience in the management and development of photovoltaic projects from Greenfield to Ready to build in Italy is required.Personal SkillsStructured, decisive and agreement-oriented person.Proactive and self-learning attitude.Ability to work independently and in a team.Good communication and negotiation skills.Analytical skills.Other requirements Availability to travel, both for site visits and for travel to public administrations during the development of assigned projects.What we offerPermanent contract.Full time job.Flexible schedule.Home working up to two days each week.If you are interested in learning more about us, visit the site: www.solarpack.es/en/us/Solarpack Technological Corporation, S.A.U.
