FRI-EL GREEN POWER S.P.A. is a leading company in the production of energy from renewable sources, particularly in the wind and photovoltaic sectors.
The Group's activities and main competencies encompass all phases of the design, construction, production, and sale of electricity, including landscape analysis and assessment as well as the approval process.
To strengthen our team at the Bolzano office, we are looking for a Senior Project Developer (m/f/d) with at least 2-3 years of professional experience in the development and design of large-scale renewable energy production plants.
The person in this role will report to the Head of Development.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: A degree in engineering (preferably civil/environmental/building/energy/electrical) or environmental science and technology; Knowledge of key software tools (Office suite, AutoCAD, QGIS, etc.
); Excellent understanding of at least one of the following sectors: wind, hydroelectric, photovoltaic, storage; Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, particularly within the technical area; Availability for short trips within the country as well as abroad; Proficiency in English; Precision and passion for work; Proactivity and motivation in carrying out one's role; Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team; Residence or domicile in nearby areas, or willingness to relocate.
The main responsibilities will include: Managing projects in the development phase according to the directives given by the Head of Development; Supervising project design, reviewing and controlling documents, and coordinating consultants and local contacts; Handling permitting procedures, including submitting applications, providing additional documentation, and liaising with public authorities at all levels to obtain the necessary authorizations for the construction and operation of new plants; Managing the administrative and commercial aspects of the project, including contracts with consultants, suppliers, and landowners; Managing the project budget and preparing business plans.
This position is also open to candidates belonging to protected categories under Law 68/99.
The type of contract and salary level will be determined based on the profile and experience of the selected candidate.
