Directing and managing a team of professionals delivering project controls services and responsible for staff development.
Being able to evaluate trends and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively in a complex project environment using numerical and statistical techniques as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Leading application of specific project controls methods, techniques, and tools.
Good working knowledge of EVM and project controls methodologies.
Advising on complex requirements and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively.
Managing projects controls delivery of medium/high complexity projects/programmes.
Playing a key role in multidisciplinary teams and taking lead role in creating plans or analysing trends using numerical and statistical techniques.
Managing assistant managers managers where required by the scale of the project.
Persuading and influencing colleagues.
Influencing clients to accept proposals and recommendations.

Experience of working on construction projects and/or consultancy.
Experience of delivering effective PMO and project controls/assurance frameworks/strategies.
Good knowledge of PMO and project controls tools, techniques, and software (e.g.
MS Office and Power BI, Aconex, Primavera P6, and RiskHive).
An interest in data analytics.
Understanding of construction/delivery lifecycle and/or consultancy.
Knowledge of PMO and project controls service delivery in one or more sectors (e.g.
rail, highways, nuclear, public sector, hospitals).
Good interpersonal skills and potential ability to form effective working relationships.
Effectively collaborates with others.
Ability to articulate complex information and ideas for a non-technical audience.
