Our transformation roadmap is currently set to integrate acquired companies into a recently formed Dedalus Group and is focused on the deployment of global processes and tools.The responsibilities of the PMO Manager include managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO governance and processes, overseeing project managers and projects staff, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs.To be successful as a PMO Manager, you should demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch PMO Manager should be well organized and able to work under pressure.You will be responsible for communicating and collaborating with Executive Sponsors, Business Owners, Information Technology, Field Operations, and external vendors to facilitate and ensure successful implementations. This position will closely partner with Information Technology and/or initiative leaders to develop and oversee project deliverables, timelines, and resources in order to ensure that they meet the budget, schedule, and quality requirements of the project.Roles & ResponsibilitiesMaintain and improve comprehensive PMO governance, plans and processes for overseeing, coordinating, and reporting on the progress of the transformation roadmap.Provide enterprise updates into project portfolio performance and core team resource management.Work directly with technical and business teams that interact frequently with the main transformation initiatives to define, prioritize, and develop projects.Analyze basic financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.Development of Project Management processes that drive continuous improvement and deliver improved business results.Support the documentation of project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.Support the deployment of change management programs and strategic & business planning processes, in alignment with PMO framework.Stakeholder Management & Business Engagement.Manages direct reports and subordinate staff indirectly.Hire, develop, and mentor IT Project Managers.Implement standardized project management and business analysis practices.Required Skills & ExperienceProfessional proficiency (written and verbal) in English.Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.Demonstrated technical proficiency in business software skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Five years or more managing concurrent projects,Five years or more managing enterprise projects, ideally related to the tools and processes in sales, delivery and finance processes.Proponent for change, while applying best practices in change management.Effective communication and analytical skillsA Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.Nice to haveExperience with the implementation of new ERP/ CRM systemsAdditional language (German, French or Spanish)Other informations:Location: offices based Milan, Bologna or FlorencHybrid work (80% remote, 20% face to face meetings)Availability to travel where is requiredSummaryLocation: ITA - Milan - Trinita; ITA - Bologna; ITA- Florence - CollodiType: Full time
