THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to our Salesforce Partners team in Brazil !
As the Product Manager for the Salesforce Partners team, you'll drive the development of essential flows such as Partners' sales, success, and lead management inside the Salesforce system.
These flows will be used by the partnership team in 10 countries to support Wellhub's growth in each market.
We are looking for a seasoned and data-driven Product Manager with a solid history of Salesforce complex initiatives.
It is essential to have relevant experience working closely with senior business stakeholders.
It is a plus if this person had worked migrating flows of Sales and success previously outside Salesforce to Salesforce.
YOUR IMPACT Drive product requirements definition, actively collaborating with various cross-functional teams and Senior stakeholders within Wellhub to propose new product solutions as well as to continuously review and improve the current product functionality and performance; Build and clearly communicate your product vision in addition to the product benefits to our internal users and stakeholders; Drive product planning, build and manage high quality product roadmaps; Work closely with engineering, data and product design teams to deliver well rounded, scalable and stunning products; Create OKRs, goals, metrics and track their progress; Explore new ways of improving existing services, products and process; Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers and designers; Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.

Main requirements WHO YOU ARE Solid experience in product management experience in Salesforce complex initiatives; Desirable experience building a product from scratch in close collaboration with engineering and design team members (Experience migrating an existing flow outside Salesforce to Salesforce is a plus); Analytical and quantitative skills is a must, ability to use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate and improve product; Be able to prioritize and make pragmatic decisions; Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into a simple, friendly and intuitive product; Ability to nurture strong relationships with business stakeholders, building credibility and being able to effectively align and communicate your product vision; Strong communication skills, being able to actively listen and influence decisions; Evaluate when the implementation should be inside or outside Salesforce; Entrepreneurial and self-driven spirit with a great desire to make things happen; Engineering/software development background is a plus; Advanced/Fluent level of English.
For this specific role, please note that prior experience working as a Salesforce Product Manager and leading global Salesforce projects are mandatory requirements.
