Role Overview As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be part of a Feature Team within the Product division, you'll collaborate closely with Tech, UX, and BI on specific projects or products, catering to both internal use and end users.
Additionally, you'll work with business stakeholders to gather and define their requirements.
Your mission: Analyze product usage.
Optimize features based on data-driven insights from product usage.
Create and manage OKRs.
Responsible for creating and managing OKRs, ensuring the product roadmap and all activities are aligned with these objectives to drive strategic goals and measure success.
Monitor user feedback.
Identify and evaluate potential new features based on user feedback.
Advocate for feature requests.
Act as an internal advocate for properly raising and documenting feature requests.
Develop concise product documentation.
Outlining feature requirements for both technical teams and stakeholders.
Include feature analysis, functionality, user stories, technical constraints, and business needs to ensure cross-team alignment.
Gather comprehensive requirements.
Ensure request requirements are fully including writing the user stories for the tech team.
Identify and remove blockers.
Assist your team in identifying and removing blockers that may hinder project progress.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance.
Work with QA on system improvements and bug fixes.
Define product acceptance criteria.
Establish acceptance criteria and assist in testing processes.
Your ideal profile: Relevant experience.
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of success.
Strong collaboration skills.
Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, business development, quality assurance, and operations.
Technical background.
Solid technical background to effectively communicate and collaborate with engineers.
Ability to evaluate emerging products.
Assess new products and services for their potential value for Satispay.
Familiarity with technology trends.
Knowledge of technology trends in the fintech industry is a plus.
Language proficiency.
You are fluent in Italian and English.
