Product: Innovamat has developed a research-based, fully-resourced curriculum program. With Innovamat, kids from 3 to 16 years old learn math through manipulative materials and highly dynamic lessons focused on problem-solving, communication skills, and critical thinking. We provide a shift in traditional instruction and learning.
Your mission As part of our Primary Editorial Product team, you will focus on students aged 6 to 12 years old.
You will define the vision and the roadmap for the product under your scope. In order to do so, you will incorporate diverse customer insights along with the overall company direction. You will execute quickly and deliver with quality. You will ensure the content's quality and the user experience in consuming them.
Likewise, you will exemplify operational efficiency, optimism, humbleness, and communication skills for your team.
Your deliverables will span multiple formats, including editorial publications, educational materials, multimedia, interactive resources, and more. Your day to day at Innovamat You will coordinate the creation and iteration of the content catalog according to the needs of users across different territories. You will decide how to approach each project based on its opportunity, defining for the team what the product to be developed will entail. You will work with the lead product manager, who will guide you in the product and business vision, as well as in prioritizing the various projects you manage. You will collaborate with customer success and sales teams to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with content development and logistics teams to agree on the best production process, finishes, delivery dates, and ensure successful delivery. You will manage the task list of the development teams and prioritize them weekly to meet objectives aligned with the established roadmap. You will be responsible for communicating and resolving unforeseen issues that may arise during content development. You will represent the voice of the users in content editing and ensure that agreed quality requirements are met. You will write product specifications and user stories to guide development efforts.
You will prototype solutions to demonstrate and validate our hypotheses. You will use data and analytics to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop messages and positioning for products and features. You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. You will conduct school visits: Meetings with teachers and their advisors Classroom observations What are we looking for? Experience of 4 or more years in managing teams under pressure withcomplex products.
Ability to communicate concisely, clearly, and unequivocally, both orally and in writing.
Knowledge of the school context (understanding how the educational system works).
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Skills in creating proposals for educational activities.
Ability to empathize with students and teachers.
Dynamism and proactivity in problem-solving, with the capacity for learning and adaptation.
Ability to work in a team.
Proficiency in Spanish at level C1 or higher.
Proficiency in English at level C1 or higher.
