Who you are:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Product Designer to ideate, explore, design, test, and deliver user-centric experiences. This role demands a strong focus on design and UX, combined with solid business acumen for informed decision-making and creative storytelling to create relevant customer experiences at every step. The role is also designed to actively contribute to the strategic development of large-scale customer experiences tied to our product and communication efforts. Responsibilities include also working across various placements and touchpoints outside of the core product, such as promotional pages, email campaigns, ad hoc initiatives, and specific activation materials.
What You Will Do: Actively contribute to the design and development of our products, working closely with product owners and partnering with developers. Ideate and design UX frictionless flows, clean UI, and specific functionalities to serve the product's purpose. Partner with the development team to explore and suggest tech solutions, run tests, and oversee data to extract insights. Define and design layouts and visual compositions for promotional aims. Key requirements: Proven experience of 5-7 years in designing product interfaces, interactive experiences, and creative touchpoints. Strong ability in defining information architecture, user experience across touchpoints, UI design, and communication assets definition/production. Ability to independently manage the design of large-scale projects. Solid understanding of online experiences and technologies. Passion for crafting and an obsession with details. Strong delivery-focused approach. Strategic thinking. Understanding of service design. Fluent English (spoken and written). Nice to Have: Simple web pages creation (Webflow / Framer). Social media communication experience. Offline art direction experience.
