Join us as a Senior Procurement Specialist and let's make magic happen together.Role OverviewAs a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will oversee and integrate the organization's procurement management functions, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and fostering cost efficiencies and operation effectiveness and you will report to the Head of Procurement.Your mission:Develop and implement procurement strategies.
Create and execute integrated procurement strategies that support company objectives and align with ESG requirements.Supplier and vendor management.
Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure the best prices, quality, and delivery times.Cost management and optimization.
Optimize cost management in collaboration with relevant teams to meet finance and strategy objectives.
Manage and update procurement cost graphics.Buying activities.
Manage and optimize buying activities to ensure timely deliveries, cost-effectiveness, and process compliance.Financial alignment and budget management.
Ensure alignment with company financial goals by managing budgets for different verticals.Monitoring and reporting.
Continuously monitor and report on key metrics related to procurement operations, using data-driven insights to improve processes and introduce efficiencies.Contract revision.
Review and revise vendor contracts to ensure compliance and optimal terms.Your ideal profile:Educational background and relevant experience.
You possess a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field with 3+ years of experience in procurement management.
Experience in operational efficiency and cost management is a plus.Strategic thinking and leadership.
You demonstrate strategic thinking and leadership abilities, aligning tasks with broader company goals and making decisive choices.Negotiation and market understanding.
You bring excellent negotiation skills with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
ESG-related experience is considered a plus.Communication and relationship building.
You are an excellent communicator with the ability to convey complex details to teams and vendors.
You can nurture positive ties with vendors and internal stakeholders.Language proficiency.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of Italian or other European languages is considered a plus.
