We are currently looking to add a Digital Life Science Senior Principal Consultant to boost and enhance our Consulting Team.
YOUR ROLE IN LIFEBEE Within our Consulting BU, reporting directly to the BU Manager, you will be our clients' strategic advisor and partner.
You will play a pivotal role in further developing our business as well as enhancing customer satisfaction by leading key projects and coordinating resources.
You will ensure added value is delivered throughout all the stages of projects, by defining and planning project milestones and activities as well as acting as the main point of reference and contact for our clients and teams You will be a strategic advisor driving the success of projects related to digital transformation, software solution scouting and selection as well as feasibility studies and assessments.
You will provide guidance and mentorship to other team members, enabling their professional growth as well as supporting them achieve their goals You will have the ownership of leading projects and their delivery in accordance with services agreements, quality standards and project road map including project and resource planning, monitoring and reporting within defined timelines and profitability targets You will also have a pivotal role ensuring LifeBee project methodologies are fully integrated with those of our clients in respect of industry sector guidelines, norms and regulations Moreover, you will contribute to the growth and further development of LifeBee business by driving sales activities such as offer formulation and negotiation with clients in line with profitability goals PROFILE AND SKILLS At least 7-8 years' experience in similar roles with proven background in managing IT projects in areas such as production, logistics, quality, laboratories, pharmaco-vigilance and regulatory STEM degree preferred (i.e., computer science, computer engineering, biomedical engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics) Outstanding project management skills and knowledge of project planning tools Exposure to key software solutions within the pharmaceutical context and knowledge of industry sector guidelines (ISPE GAMP5) and regulations which may apply to Life Science regulated processes Proven track record of acting as the main point of contact and reference for both internal and external teams and stakeholders Analytical and problem solving approach Fluency in Italian and English is required WHAT WE OFFER LifeBee is a people-oriented company, we trust and invest in them as our real key value, aiming to create a healthy and stimulating environment.
