A Day in the Life Relationship Management Leads and leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key business processes.

Program Management
Ensures the right capacity from local resources to facilitate the successful deployment.
Leads the Transformation Program deployment via multiple initiative(s) to ensure successful delivery of commitments that are aligned with the Business Director, Value Stream Leaders & Project Mgrs.
Monitors the projects of the Transformation Program from initiation through delivery.
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
Collaborates and uses data to analyze opportunities, Set and monitor ROI, and track results against benefits supporting overall program prioritization & focus across the patient journey.
Utilize project and change management methodology to enable effective execution
Change Management & Communication
Act as a change management agent in driving adoption for new business models, technologies and process automation.
Maintain stakeholder maps and execute communication plans for own projects with the program team
Identify, raise and support communication needs to manage stakeholders and organizational understanding of initiatives
Demonstrate behaviours to support and enable the organization to change
Facilitate workshops to support project team needs

Job Experience & Qualifications +5 years of Professional Leadership Experience in roles as Head of Business Unit or Marketing
Masters degree preferably, in applicable areas desired.
Excellent spoken & written English skills.
Proven track record of working within a multicultural environment.
Experience working in a complex matrix environment.
Understanding of key concepts of change management, communications with a strong ability of stakeholder management.
