Senior PMO IT Strategy - Financial ServicesJob Summary
You will be a part of the team that is focused in aiding our clients in driving transformational change in Financial Services. You will help manage and deliver waterfall or agile projects, diverse in complexity, domain, and technology. You will apply the standard project management, methods, practices, processes and tools ensuring that the programmes and projects are consistently following the structured Project Management framework & tooling.Key responsibilitiesPerform the relevant project management/PMO processes - i.e., initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g., scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder managementDevelop/ Support to Plan the project based on a defined need – results in detailed scope/budget/schedule baselineDevelop/Support in the creation of detailed Program/Project Plans and Scheduling; keep track of quality standards, deliverables, and dependenciesCreate and maintain resource plans to meet the program/project deliverablesDevelop and maintain monitoring and control mechanism to track the progress of projects at all phases.Highlight risks & issues pertaining to projects and discuss them during review meetings;Generate and publish Program health dashboards/ MIS reports to various stakeholders Support analysis of program/project metrics and generate reports pertaining to resources, critical paths, project schedules, budget v/s actual spend, dependencies etc. Execute change management tracking and reportingTrack benefits realizationInterface and communicate with program/project team, management, and stakeholders Work within defined governance processes and adhere to all the security and organisational policiesSkills Requirements4/5 years in a Project management / PMO roleExperience of working on complex projects and programmesDemonstrable understanding of change managementStrong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and WordStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writingWho we are?At EY, we support you in achieving your unique potential wherever you are in the world - both personally and professionally.
