Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior PLM Developer who has a proven track record of success in PLM development and will join our Industrial practice. In this pivotal role, you will have the unique opportunity to build and lead a dedicated PLM development team, define our PLM strategy, and shape the future of our PLM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Expand and lead a high-performing PLM development team, including hiring, mentoring, and coaching team members;
Define and execute a comprehensive PLM strategy to deliver innovative solutions for our clients;
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand client requirements and translate them into effective PLM solutions;
Architect, design, and develop complex PLM applications, workflows, and integrations;
Ensure the scalability, performance, and quality of PLM solutions by implementing best practices and rigorous testing processes;
Stay current with the latest developments in PLM technologies and lead the adoption of relevant innovations;
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred;
Extensive experience in PLM development, with a focus on the Dassault Systems platform, including CATIA, ENOVIA, or 3DEXPERIENCE;
Proven leadership experience in building and managing PLM development teams;
Expertise in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python;
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset;
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of successful client interactions;
Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex PLM solutions that meet client needs;
Continuous learning and adaptability to emerging PLM technologies and trends.
