To execute the activities pertaining to planning/reporting within a project, under the supervision of the Project Control Coordinator (or Project Control Manager), in compliance with quality requirements and Project Execution Plan, WBS, and Schedules. Key Activities & Responsibilities:
Prepare project control documents (Milestones Plan, Project Summary Schedules, 90 days Schedule, WBS, Project Detailed Schedule, Baseline Schedule, Progress Curves, Reporting) in compliance with project requirements under the supervision of the Project Control Manager/Coordinator. Review all planning reports, outputs, and presentations. Perform periodical schedule control using time now technique, assess physical progress of the project, and forecast predicted completion, evidencing any deviations from approved baselines. Support the Project Team in performing Risk Analysis by running appropriate company software to determine schedule reliability. Interact with all relevant Company Departments, Client, and Vendor representatives for the topics of competence. Train and support Planning Junior Engineers in initializing project control tools as per procedures. Manage planning activities without direct supervision in case of small size EPC project. In addition, he/she must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, including editing, oversight, or preparation of technical reports and presentation of information to Top Management and various committees.
Personal Attributes:
Excellent organizational skills. Fluent English speaker and writer. Numerate and computer literate (Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Primavera P6). Pro-active mentality and attitude. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
