Will you help us add more pins to the map? https://www.google.com/maps/d/...YOU'LL DO AT MIDSUMMER• Creating, executing and optimizing amazing performance marketing strategies (mostly on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads but also involving CRO, SEO, and Email Marketing activities) for juicy international clients.• Manage client relationships, lead weekly/monthly meetings, adopt a proactive consultative approach• Managing budgets and campaigns across multiple advertising channels and/or markets to drive strong return on investment• Implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experiments• Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies• Train and mentor future Performance Marketing stars• Help the agency with its continuous growth• Enjoy the SunREQUIREMENTSYou are:• Resident in Italy and have an EU Working Permit (for boring bureaucracy stuff)• Fluent in English. Knowing how to order a draft beer in London would not be enough. (Please declare if you are native or possessed C1 Certification or have lived in a foreign country)MUST HAVE• Min 3 years experience in a similar role (agency-side or client-side)• Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads, managing complex and challenging accounts (e.g. with budgets>10K/month, operating in multiple countries and/or channels)• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Rate Optimization• Experience and knowledge of SEO• Good knowledge of Email marketing, Canva, AI tools, and LinkedIn Ads• Additional languages (Italian, German, French, Chinese, or any others)WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN• Work from anywhere: we don't have an office.
