WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We're looking for an energetic person, passionate about lifestyle sports and/or sneakers, willing to manage complex high-level commercial relationships with one of the most important strategic partners for Nike in EMEA. An effective team player able to turn into a positive influence for its teammates, collaborators and account counterparts. This role implements MPU and account strategies complementing the Nike Marketplace vision. Creates and drives the right assortment for the partner to contribute to the net revenue growth. Executes the Nike Consumer Code with the account end to end on a seasonal basis including showroom & sell-in excellence.
The candidate needs to have proven commercial experience, effective communication in Italian and English, solid planning and merchandising skills, strategic thinking and background in sports lifestyle and/or sneakers industry.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON Develop seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising. Ensuring seasonal product flow and optimize in-season trading and replenishment to maximize the account's results. Plan your account business: forecasts and scenario plans for the account using category, consumer, partner, brand and marketplace knowledge. Manage the partner and the marketplace: Ensure best presentation of stories and products at your account (digital & B&M) aligned with the One Nike Marketplace strategy. Build a premium seamless consumer experience, scaling online-to-offline. Obsess product launch journeys across account platform ecosystem. Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution of your account by managing the end to end business with your account. High standard to complex partnership management, supporting commercial CFOP goals independently, through higher problem solving skills, and contributing to the collective team performance. Collaborate on partner Milan experience at sell-in, and (co-)own the E2E experience for your showroom - work closely with office admin and/or Milan Experience Lead and x-functional partners (e.g. merch) to bring excellent partner sell-in experience to life. Actively contribute and participate in Ground Game (Authenticators). Ensure recurring and consistent representation, presence and collaboration with partner/buyer in the market at retail (retail visit, staff training, competitor knowledge,…) where relevant and within T&E budget. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH Based in Nike Milano office you will be part of the Lifestyle Authenticators & Access Partners EMEA team, reporting to the Lifestyle Partners South Director. You will be working directly with the AW Lab account (buyers, planners, marketeers and Leadership Team) and with all the x-functional Lifestyle MPU in EMEA (Merchandisers, Assortment Planners, Marketeers, MPO and Management team). You will be accountable for one of the genders responsibility (Men, Women or Kids & Jordan) across Footwear, Apparel and Accessories.
WHAT YOU BRING You bring a solid multi-year Commercial experience and proven efficiency in Partner Management with a strong awareness of selling dynamics and good negotiation skills. Experience in project management working cross functionally. Proven track record of managing external account relationships with the buying and merchandising teams. Strong strategic capabilities, creating strategies and translating into tangible actions and plans. Background in Lifestyle Sports or Sneakers is a strong plus. Excellent communication skills - ease in presenting to large groups, written and PowerPoint. Process and operational capability. Strong Team dynamic - across multiple functions.
