You'll set up, manage and monitor campaigns across multiple platforms (Programmatic, Social and Search).Your primary responsibilities will include:You will set up campaigns in Google Ads and META.Perform regular pacing and performance optimisation of campaigns across multiple platforms.Technical QA of campaigns and troubleshooting any issues.Help account management teams with forecasting and planning for the clientsCreate Monthly and QBR decks, writing insights and recommendations around campaign performanceWork on weekly/biweekly performance reportsWork with the account management and other teams to identify and promote any opportunities to improve performance of campaignsTrain the our teams on accounts/processesQualificationsProficiency inGoogle Ads and META5 to 7 years of experience is required and demonstrated expertise in Ad-Operations and end-to-end campaign management across different channels (Programmatic, Social and Search).Fluency in French and English language skills is required given the scope of work and clientsDemonstrate attention to detail and a methodical approach to workYou'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.You seek and implement solutions to refine and automate processes.You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attribute over years of experience and traditional degrees.
