About the Department: The AS activity in Italy now has several contracts running and lots of SP in connection.
The number of financial documents to be checked and reported is already huge and they will increase soon.The main objective of the AS department is to contribute to customer satisfaction and the SP's control and strong financial contracts management.
Responsibilities: Technical Support Manage all accounting transactions; Prepare budget forecasts; Publish financial statements on time; Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings; Reconcile accounts payable and receivable; Ensure timely bank payments; Compute taxes and prepare tax returns; Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements; Report on the company's financial health and liquidity; Audit financial transactions and documents; Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary; Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Your Profile: High school diploma or above; Relevant experience in accounting is a plus.
Experienced people will be preferred; Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks; Self-motivated, responsible, and independent; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint); Fluent in English.
Being able to speak Chinese is a plus.
