You maintain top-notch expertise in Soldo's implementation methodology and strive to accelerate the time to first value for Soldo's customers by driving successful adoption in the most efficient ways possible.
You are technically oriented, have expert project management and problem-solving skills as well as an outstanding ability to train your customers on Soldo's solutions. In addition, you will have a consultative and advisory mindset when working with and developing your team and have a strong passion for FinTech and its ability to drive valuable business outcomes. You must be customer-obsessed with strong communication and analytical skills.
We're looking for someone who must have: Proven experience in B2B project implementation in IT, SaaS or consulting-related functions Expert-level project management skills and an ability to work with multiple customers at a time to deliver projects on time, within scope and on budget Demonstrated ability to identify and translate business requirements into solutions that meet a customer's goals and objectives Ability to communicate with senior-level stakeholders both internally and externally, including VP and C-level, in writing and verbally both by phone and in person Ability to work independently and remotely as part of a collaborative team University degree/diploma (or have equivalent industry experience) Nice to have Multi-lingual Certified Project Management Professional designation Fintech or Payment experience Date Opened: 13/11/2024
