The BUND federal office in Berlin is looking for the next possible date for a (Senior) Microsoft 365 Cloud Administrator/Engineer (m/f/d) full-time | 2 years fixed-term, with the prospect of permanent employment Our IT team manages a modern Microsoft environment and provides IT support to around 190 colleagues at the federal office.

With your expertise, you will take our team to the next level and help us drive the digital transformation forward.
Your tasks are: In the project course of the introduction of Microsoft 365: Technical visionary: You accompany the introduction of Microsoft 365 from a technical, security and compliance perspective and ensure a smooth implementation.
Accuracy: You create well-founded concepts, precise documentation and practical training materials that pave the way for a successful implementation Collaboration with insight: You manage communication with our implementation partner for Microsoft 365 and ensure that all steps are implemented professionally.
In operation: Cloud management: You configure and manage our Microsoft 365 licenses, define and maintain an efficient authorization concept.
Service champion: You will handle service desk requests with appreciation and a lot of know-how and ensure that our colleagues are optimally supported.
Training: You develop and conduct well-structured Microsoft 365 training courses to make the entire team fit for the cloud.
Jira professional: You use Jira efficiently as a project and service management tool and administer it routinely.
In further development: Innovation: You migrate other local applications to the Microsoft 365 environment and are always up to date with the latest updates and new functions.
IT security standards: You continuously develop the IT security and compliance guidelines to ensure the highest standards.
Teamwork: You support your IT team in planning and implementing change requests, coordinate tests and installations and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure.
You should bring: Sound specialist knowledge: You have successfully completed an IT degree or a comparable technical/business degree and have initial professional experience (desirable 2-3 years).
Microsoft expert: You have in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365, EntraID, Azure, Power Platform and Microsoft license and product management.
Analytical thinking: You work in a structured, analytical and business-oriented manner and can penetrate complex technical contexts.
Language: You have very good communication skills in German, both orally and in writing.
Team spirit: You enjoy working in a team and support your colleagues in a solution-oriented manner in the use of Microsoft 365.
