The Rome Business School is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in the most international business school in Italy. The Marketing Team of Rome Business School is looking for a Marketing Specialist to assist in the daily management of online branding initiatives with focus on online branding campaigns. The person we are looking for has a marketing background with at least 3/4+ years experience in the role. Excellent analytical, planning, organizational and interpersonal skills to interact with different stakeholders complete the profile.
Main activities:
Coordinate online branding campaigns, defining strategy and objectives, implementing schedules, monitoring progresses, solving possible issues, all the way to delivery Develop and execute online marketing branding strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive enrolments across different touchpoints, such as display, content, programmatic and communication on specialized online magazines Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, on-brand digital content Analyze and report on the performance of online branding campaigns, using data to inform and adjust strategies for optimal results Control and optimize the online marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing strategies with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts Work closely with product management team to ensure our value proposition is aligned across paid media channels Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to keep Rome Business School at the forefront of the market Collaborate with Digital Marketing Team to support the growth of online acquisition channels, including SEM, Social Media and SEO Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields Master in Digital Marketing or related fields would be considered a plus Idioms: Knowledge of C1 English, mother tongue Italian Tools: Excellent knowledge of Analytics, DV360, SA360 and Optimize Background: Experience in Business School or Digital Agency will be considered a plus Key skills:
Experience managing online branding initiatives, including programmatic, advertisement networks, display, content, digital video. Knowledge of Google Display & Video 360, Adform and Wordpress would be considered a plus Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of campaign strategy and deliver customer-focused results Ability to successfully navigate/influence in a business environment, manage multiple and simultaneous projects A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
