What you'll be doing We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead the implementation of our marketing strategy for the Centre. This role encompasses Media, PR, Tourism, Research, Events, and Visual executions to enhance footfall and overall performance. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager and Executive Team to align marketing initiatives with Centre KPIs and the McArthurGlen brand strategy. Key responsibilities include conducting consumer research, supporting financial justifications for marketing strategies, contributing to European Tourism and Digital strategies, managing the marketing budget, and fostering relationships with brand partners. Additionally, you will oversee marketing initiatives for new projects and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability policies. To be successful you'll bring Qualification: Educated to degree level (preferably in business) or equivalent and a CIM, ISP, or IDM qualification (certificate or diploma). Experience: Proven success within an international, matrix organization, experience in a high-end, customer-facing marketing role; fashion marketing preferred and ideally experienced in producing high-quality reports. Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis abilities, commercial acumen, collaborative, able to influence at all levels and project management skills.
