Job summary In this role, you will sit on the central marketing team, you will monitor customer funnel trends to identify high leverage opportunities and you will be responsible for driving measurement and planning to achieve customer acquisition, retention and marketing goals partnering with local and global marketing, finance and product teams.
In this role you will build models to tie input and output goals, drive best in class measurement of marketing initiatives and high value actions and will partner with global teams to scale mechanisms and automate processes.

Key job responsibilities Key responsibilities include:
Partner with Finance to develop and evolve models to measure and forecast customer acquisitionand retention Partner with Marketing, BI and product teams to develop, evolve and automate models to measure marketing initiatives' impact on topline, acquisition, retention and engagement Develop and evolve a planning and measurement roadmap, drive regular reviews of roadmap progress and results with leadership across marketing and business teams Facilitate data-driven decisions with international marketing and business leaders, balancing business impact, efficiency and scalability.
Lead reporting (in partnership with BI) and mechanisms to communicate to director/VP-level leadership and key business partners on performance and strategic initiatives.
Basic qualifications 6 years of professional experience in Marketing, analytics, finance, product/project management or consulting Strong analytical skills and comfortable with extracting and handling data to make recommendations.
Advanced excel modeling skills Experience managing multiple stakeholders across time zones.
Experience with marketing tools and channels to drive customer and order outputs.
